The staff at Central Suite Residence were incredibly attentive, greeting me with refreshing drinks upon arrival and treating me like family. The breakfast buffet was abundant, offering a delightful selection of international dishes. I truly felt pampered throughout my stay.

Noise from Pub Street can be bothersome.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring. Noise from nearby bars could be bothersome at night.

Ask for the made-to-order noodles at breakfast. they are delicious and a delightful way to start your day.

I spent 4 nights at Central Suite Residence and loved every moment! The pool with a swim-up bar was perfect after a day of exploring, and the breakfast had plenty of choices to fuel us up. On the downside, the restaurant menu felt a bit limited, but loads of places nearby made up for it!

Arriving at Central Suite Residence felt like stepping into a calming oasis after a long journey. The attentive staff greeted us with warm towels and refreshing drinks—definitely set the tone for relaxation! The spacious room features a delightful mini kitchen and a fantastic rainfall shower that enhanced our comfort. Evenings spent by the impressive pool, sipping a 2-for-1 cocktail deal while the staff continued to check on our needs, made our stay memorable.

Despite the paradise-like experience, the occasional noise from nearby Pub Street was a minor downside, especially if you’re a light sleeper. However, the hotel’s peaceful ambiance made it manageable with earplugs. Overall, these were small inconveniences in what was otherwise a fantastic experience.

Soundproofing needs work!!! Waking up repeatedly due to noisy doors and late-night guests definitely impacted the experience!!! The bathroom shower could use some better drainage as well!!!

The pool with a swim-up bar was fantastic, and we loved the spacious Junior Suite with a comfortable bed! Arranging tours was seamless.

Felt so at home, nothing to complain about.

The staff was incredibly friendly, always remembering our names and offering refreshing towels when we came back from our hot adventures. One night, we stumbled back to the hotel after a long day and found a surprise birthday cake waiting for us, even though it wasn't anyone's birthday, they just wanted to make us feel special.

It wasn’t the cheapest option around but it’s still reasonable for the great service you get.

I had a fantastic stay with exceptional cleanliness and the swim-up bar at the pool was a highlight. The breakfast was delicious, even if the waiting time for orders could be a bit lengthy. I'd definitely come back!

my stay was made even more enjoyable by the incredible proximity to landmarks like the Khmer Ceramics & Fine Art Gallery just a few steps away and the bustling Pub Street only 500 meters from my room, making it super easy to explore siem reap on foot.

The Deluxe Double Room was really nice! The bathroom was a highlight, with a spacious shower that felt like a mini spa. Plus, the room was equipped with everything we needed. I loved having a balcony to relax on. The location was perfect for checking out both the night market and the pub street! The only downside was the noise from Pub Street. it could get pretty loud at night, which might be an issue if you're a light sleeper.
